Guide to the Process for Port Entry and Cargo Handling.
1. Register at the Port Gate
– Upon arrival at the gate, drivers must exit their vehicles to complete the registration process.
– Security personnel will provide detailed instructions on registration and obtaining permission to enter the port for cargo delivery or pickup.
2. Receive Port Entry Card and Complete Documentation
– Fill out the port entry registration form and service fee receipt.
– Report to Border Guard and Customs
– Drivers proceed to the Border Guard and Customs checkpoint.
– Present all relevant documents and complete the necessary procedures to gain permission to enter the port.
3. Enter the Yard and Handle Cargo
– Once approved, drivers follow security personnel’s instructions to navigate their vehicles into the yard.
– Deliver or pick up cargo in the designated area.
4. Complete Post-Cargo Handling Procedures
– After cargo delivery or pickup, drivers proceed to the Loading and Unloading Operations Office.
– Settle service fees for yard usage.
– Sign the port exit confirmation form to finalize the process.
5. Present Documents When Leaving the Port
– Upon exiting the port, drivers must present the port exit confirmation form and related documents.
– Return the port entry card to the security personnel.
– After verification, the vehicle is permitted to leave the port.
