Total Investment: Over 4,000 billion VND (~180 million USD).
Location: About 6 km from Thành Đạt ICD Dry Port.
Phase 1:
Area: 100 hectares.
Infrastructure: Wharf, container storage yards, and loading/unloading services.
Capacity: Accommodates ships of up to 20,000 tons.
Throughput: Approximately 430,000 TEU/year (~600 40′ containers/day).
Expected Operation: Before 2026.
Phase 2:
Capacity: Up to 1.3 million TEU/year (~2,000 40′ containers/day) by 2030.
Progress: About 50% of the work completed.
