The customs clearance location at the inland port of export and import of goods Km3+4, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province, invested by Thanh Dat Joint Stock Company, has an area of ​​335,308.5m², with specific boundaries according to the detailed planning map of Mong Cai dry port Km3+4 and is under the management, supervision and control of customs by the Quang Ninh Customs Department according to the provisions of law.

In an interview with a reporter from the Customs Newspaper, the leader of Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch (a unit assigned by Quang Ninh Customs Department to manage, supervise and control customs at the customs clearance location at the inland port of export and import of goods established at Km3+) said that this is the first inland customs clearance location in Mong Cai City.

Currently, the Customs clearance location at the port of export and import of goods established inland at Km3+4 only generates a number of export items.
